God created us in His own image and intended for us to have abundant life, and to be in The Bible says, "But your iniquities have separated you from God; and your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He will not hear." (Isaiah 59:2) The simple truth is that, no matter how hard we try to be "good" and earn God's approval, we will never be "good enough" to do this on our own. We need a "bridge" back to God. The Good News is that God has a plan to restore us to fellowship with Him, and anyone can accept this plan. |
